Contact InkCheck safely

For product questions, bug reports, accessibility feedback, partnership enquiries, or help finding the correct InkCheck resource, contact the team through the official @InkCheckXYZ account on X. In your message, include the page URL, a concise description of what happened, what you expected, and the browser or wallet type involved. Screenshots are useful after removing private details.

Information you can share

A public wallet address or public transaction hash can help diagnose a blockchain issue, but share either only when you are comfortable associating it with the report. Include exact error text where possible. For a possible security issue, first ask through the official account for a private reporting path instead of publishing exploit details.

Information InkCheck will never request

Never send a seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase, password, authentication token, or wallet backup. InkCheck cannot reverse a transaction and support should never ask you to move funds to “verify” a wallet. Treat unsolicited direct messages, copied accounts, and urgent signing requests as suspicious.

Support availability

InkCheck is an online-only product and does not currently publish a telephone support line, support email, public office, or postal support address. The X account above is the only verified contact channel published by this project. Before requesting help, consult the FAQ, about page, and privacy notice.
